To commemorate DEEN’s 25th anniversary, the IP (Ion Plating) Black Series has been released.

What Is Ion Plating?
Ion plating is a technology originally developed by NASA in the United States in the 1950s as part of space development research. It later spread worldwide as a method to enhance the durability of cutting tools and molds.
This process involves vaporizing metal in a vacuum using heat or plasma energy, combining it with reactive gases to form a ceramic coating, and then depositing it onto the workpiece. Compared with conventional wet plating, ion plating offers superior adhesion and wear resistance.
