Product Description
Introducing the “largest storage cabinet in Japan”
DEEN has released one of the largest cabinets in Japan. This was developed in limited quantities in response to requests for portable use rather than stationary like a large workstation, as previous cabinets were not enough.
There were almost no Japanese manufacturers offering toolboxes of this size, so I had no choice but to choose products from overseas manufacturers. However, there were few purchasing routes for overseas products, and they were expensive, making them difficult to obtain.
This large cabinet is equipped with the carefully designed specifications that are typical of DEEN and are tailored to Japanese users, yet is priced lower than products from overseas manufacturers.
Free storage with 8 types and 18 drawers
The width of the drawer is a maximum of 1285mm. It can easily store long torque wrenches, crowbars, and breaker bars that are difficult to store.
The deepest drawer is 260mm deep. It can store power tools and SSTs with their cases.
Lock function that combines safety and functionality
The drawers are equipped with a locking system to prevent the drawers from accidentally popping out.
Pulling the lever towards you releases the lock, allowing the drawers to be opened and closed. This function makes the drawers resistant to accidents such as falls and earthquakes.
I heard this story from a certain car dealer, but the only thing that remained standing without falling over was the DEEN cabinet.
Soft-close function rail
The drawer rails are equipped with soft-close rails that apply the brake just before closing, allowing the drawers to close slowly.
This function prevents noise when closing the drawer. It also eliminates the stress caused by the mats inside the drawer slipping out of place, which is a common issue with cabinets
.
Comes with a power strip for charging power tools and tablets
It can charge power tools, diagnostic equipment, and tablets, which are essential for maintenance in recent years. In addition to the standard AC port, there are also two USB ports.
Highly durable casters
GIGA Factory Gear Kobe is the only place where you can actually see and experience it.
GIGA Factory Gear will open in Kobe on March 1, 2024.
Under the concept of “Attractive work styles from Kobe”, 18 brands proposing new work styles in Japan will come together to exhibit and sell the latest attractive items that each brand believes are suitable for new-age work styles, creating a completely new type of proposal-based store in the city.
GIGA Factory Gear exhibits a large number of large cabinets that could not be displayed in a previous store space, as well as toolboxes that are not commonly used in Japan.
